  METHODS
We must administrate orally to people with AIDS a mixed preparation based on plants belonging to the Malagasy biodiversity.
A first step was realized during 2007 inside the Laboratories of the Institut Malgache des Recherches Appliquées, and outside Madagascar with proofs.

A medical staff of the host country brought details upon the eight proposed patients with their individual clinical exam, completed by a reflexological and ocular exam according to the traditional medicine.

The physical exam showed sometimes wounds, tumefaction, and noodles
Then, our staff asked to the patients to describe the Functional symptoms: respiratory, dyspnoea, pains, prurit, diarrhoea, headache, lumbar pains, and arthritis pains

Some patients presented Hepatitis C;

  The host medical Staff gave after two patients in advanced AIDS case.

  All biological analysis was done in public laboratories and by Lancet Laboratory.

The daily control was realized by the two partners.

That first step was named Limited Clinical Observation and done in a foreign country with the cooperation of a host medical staff. It was care to ten AIDS patients. They were between 31 and 55 years old, male sex.

The patients possess their individual medical file, well known and controlled by the host medical staff. The reflexological and ocular exam done by our elements completed the patient files.

The biological papers must contain the number of CD4 and the viral load.

  We confirmed the healing by:
