The Institut de Management et de Gestion Appliqués called here IMAGE APPLI  A72 accomplished the following steps :
-          Seeking for plants possessing various antiviral properties through the Malagasy Republic Territory. 
-          Preparation of phytodrug by mixing different plant components growing entirely in Madagascar and which container is  pure honey
-          Analysis of non toxicity the extract done in laboratory
-          Limited Clinical Observation on twenty patients with AIDS with a foreigner medical staff
-          Negative Viral load control twice or thrice for each patient after the healing.
Presents the actual project to begin Clinical Observation on 200 AIDS patients in your country.
This protocol contains:
·         Contents of the Clinical Observation and rules,
·         The recruitment way of the AIDS patients,
·         The historical, medical and ethnical aspects
·         The offered cares and the protection of all persons of the project,
·         The confidential dispositions for the patients and the information,
·         The individual engagement of each patient and the international public health aspect of the results
